Be sure and stop by Quilts n Things now and then too. I'm so fascinated by my Luffa and I write about "it" in both places. Hope everyone has a GREAT day!

Sewing Table Completed
A couple of years ago my brother gave me an antique drop leaf table. I had planned on just painting it white and letting it go at that. BUT by the time I got through stripping it down and sanding it, I decided I'd put far too much work into it to do that. So I stained and varnished it. It's now in my sewing room with my sewing machine sitting proudly atop it:) I have my dinning room table back (where I used to sew all the time.) I'm lovin' it:)

Oh that's great Candi! I agree if you already did all the trouble of it might as well stain it and you did a great job!
What a nice table, and a nice colour. I can imagine you are proud of your sewing room.
Jeanne
you did a WONDERFUL job refinishing the table... I enjoy doing that when the weather starts getting cool :-)
Looks great Candi!
Looking good there! Now to get the machine to actually work for you. =)
