Anita's Heart for Newbies Swap

I decided to take time out from the TAST and Encrusted Crazy Quilting (since I was "stuck" anyway) and finish the heart for Anita. We're having a one on one Newbie Heart Swap in my Hand Embroidery group and Anita Edmonds is my partner. I hope you like it Anita, the photo didn't come out as well as I'd hoped. The black is velvet, the center is red, gold, on black glittery fabric, and the gold is a metallic (sp?). Now I feel like I'm back on track a little with my embroidery so I'll go back to work on the TAST and my ECQ Block:) Have a great week end ladies:)

Candi,

I love the stitching, especially the flowers on the lefthand side. Beautifully done!!

I had no idea we lived in the same part of the country. I am in Modesto. We're practically neighbors!!
